At RODE we are looking to grow our brand and share the unique experience with as many as possible, and for this we are seeking Investment Partners to become part of the RODE family. We are offering a unique business utilising the RODE branding and business structure to create a 'one of its type' business model. Later in our corporate growth franchising will feature heavily to increase our number of locations in Europe, and then later expansion to other continents, commencing with North America and Australasia. The RODE corporate structure is administered through RODE Group Inc. (a Wyoming corporation) and all individual RODE venues will have local administration via national companies wholly owned by the holding company.
